So I bought this skirt and top on my Tuesday night shopping excursion. I said I was not going to wear it to work, I have a Bat Mitzvah this Sunday and a wedding in two weeks that is int he daytime and I wanted to save it. Also the price of this skirt made me throw up a little in my mouth until I worked voodoo magic on my brain and justified it by saying I would spend that much on a dress, and this is more versitile, work-appropriate, yadda. Did such magic on myself, I ended up wearing it to work before any of the events. Please do NOT let me spill on this skirt!!!! I already got some banana (empty peel rubbed against me as I was getting out of the car) on my breast, but I could rub that out.

Off-white and black print silk skirt from Ann Taylor. Black tape-yarn scoop necked, capped sleeve shell from Ann Taylor. Black metal and bead dangly earrings from the Limited. Black thong heels from Mossimo.

Hair is clean and straightened. Sexy Straight Hair balm, Pantene thickening spray, my round brush and an ionic hair dryer, then touches smoothed with a straighteing iron.

Makeup is L'Oreal True Match foundation, MAC stick concealer, Chanel pressed powder, Physician's Formula Magic Mosaics bronzer. Eyes is Clinique Snow shadow on the inner corners, two coats of L'Oreal Voluminious mascara on curled lashes and a bit of black kohl liner from the Body Shop in the outer corners of the eyes. Lips is Sheer Caramel lipcolor from The Body Shop with Goldie's lipgloss in Blossom over it.
