What, no Sunday? Sunday I went to Target for a quick trip, but otherwise spent the day at home cleaning, cooking and being a domestic goddess. This means i wore a pair of Gap lowrise bootcut jeans, a vintage tee shirt from Goodwill and a pair of flip flops from J. Crew.

So today I was back to work and had to look presentable. Black cap-sleeved v-neck sweater from Ann Taylor Loft, ivory fainly ribbed trousers from Ann Taylor, stand of pearls looped twice from the Limited, black knotted leather salndals (broke my old Mossimo ones, these are a good replacement - look just like the ones from Steve Madden this Spring/Summer) from Target.

Hair is curly because the weather is disgusting - humid, hot and raining cats and dogs. I put in a ton of mousse (Suave/Redken brand for curly hair) and dried with a diffuser. Then curled certain pieces.

Makeup is Bare Minerals concealer, foundation and warmth. On eyes is a set of four shadows fromt he Revlon Colorstay collection - I don't recall the name offhand but it's an ivory, khaki, olive and brown. I used the ivory on the browbone and inner corners of the eyes. The khaki was on the lid, the brown along the lash line and a bit in the crease. Then two coats of black mascara. On the lips is Sally Hansen's Diamond Lipcolor in Royal Romance.

Oh, and as a little treat, thought you should see how I start the day. This is a picture of me at 5:45 this morning. Ah, I LOVE makeup!!! Isn't it amazing? I just want to run around the world and apply foundation to all the fellow ruddy faced girls with allergy circles under their eyes and shiny foreheads!!!
