So this outfit is a bit of a lie. I had it on, took my picture, and then decided to change last minute. Same top, but switched to a breast-length necklace of seaglass and silver wire and my olive cargo skirt from J. Crew with black flip flops from J. Crew with a slightly stacked heel. It was just too hot to wear pants!

This outfit is a black scoop tee from American Apparel, turquoise necklace from Target and ivory sueded cotton bootcut pants from Ann Taylor.

Hair is straight. Washed with Suave/Biolage shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair. Liberal amount of Sexy Straight Hair balm and some Pantene Thickening Spray to wet hair. hair dried with ionic dryer and boar bristle round brush, then smoothed with straightening iron to ward off humidity.

Makeup is Bare Minerals foundation and Warmth, on eyes is The Body Shop's shadow in Fawn Pearl on the lids, some Clinique Snow in the inner corners. Two coats of L'Oreal Voluminous mascara on Shu Eumura lashes, a bit of the same brown as my brow powder (maybelline) around lash line. On lips is Sally Hansen's Diamon Lipgloss in Royal Romance.

This evening we went to a little hole in the wall Mexican place with a couple we are good friends with. Phenomenal food. Afterwards we went to a popular watering hole in our neighborhood for a couple games of pool, chatting with friends outside on the terrace, drinking beer. Nice casual night and appropriate outfit!
