I recently worked with DUO regarding the correct pair of boots for me. I decided to hold off until Fall, but was so impressed by their quick and courteous service. Via email I was able to discuss which style would be best for my frame and personal sense of style. I ordered a pair that had a minor defect – when I contacted them, DUO immediately responded with an apology, informed me of how to return the pair and emailed me as soon as they received the boots. They asked how much it cost for me to return them so I could be properly reimbursed. I don’t think I have ever experienced such personal and pleasant customer service with a company. My DUO boots that I purchased several months ago are still great – comfortable, stylish and sturdy.
