Do Stylish People Hire Personal Stylists?

Next month I am attending a conference for rewardStyle, the main platform I use to monetize this blog. Most of the links and those little carousels of the items I’m wearing are created through rewardStyle.  The conference is invite only; 200 of their top bloggers will congregate in Dallas, Texas to attend seminars to improve their blogs, meet with brands, and side eye one another’s outfits as they sip rosé on a rooftop patio while taking selfies.

Stepping Outside the Box

Dia & Co, the plus size styling subscription box company has this fun tradition in their offices called Try-day Friday where the staff challenges themselves to step outside their sartorial boxes and try new styles, colors, and silhouettes. I love this idea.

So many times, we put ourselves in a fashion box. Maybe it’s because we’re still following outdated fashion rules, maybe it’s because we feel our age or our size reduces our options,
