Lands’ End Summer Capsule Wardrobe
Sometimes I scroll through a retailer's New Arrivals, and a capsule wardrobe pops into my head. I was inspired by the colors and lean lines of the Lands' End New Arrivals, ordered some, and knew I had to create a Lands' End summer capsule wardrobe.
This Lands' End summer capsule wardrobe is a good choice for those who aren't focusing on work fashion, but having fun in the sun. Maybe a summer vacation, time at the beach, kayaking on the lake, visiting a resort. These are the pieces that will get you through a getaway, offering enough room for you to show your personality with what is in your existing closet.

Summer is a time when you can mix activewear, swimwear, and streetwear together. Linen does double-duty as swim coverups and daily attire. UPF-friendly shirts can go from morning hike to afternoon on the beach, to early evening dinner dockside. When colors are cohesive, you will find more versatility.
You don't need a lot of clothing to achieve a lot of style. You also do not have to update your closet each season. I specifically chose Lands' End because the style is relatively timeless, the fashion very versatile, and Lands' End does a good job of having the same color through different categories of apparel.

Love this! They have been hitting it out of the park lately. I have the linen pants in the black plumeria print and they are the man! At 5’6″ I need to hem them about inch so I don’t get them caught under my feet.

Thank you, Anne! Yes, they are different things but sadly a lot of retailers do not adhere to this difference. At least Lands’ End understands it and has true plus sizing!
