Dress: Coldwater Creek c/o Gwynnie Bee | Belt: Hobo (similar) | Shoes: Mootsies Tootsies | Lipstick: Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Lovesick

Stretchy yet matte fabric that can easily dress up or down, looks good with wide or skinny belts, a good length even on my 5'3″ self, fun print, and POCKETS? This dress is pretty darn fantastic! On this day, it was hot, it was rainy, I was running late because I was making Emerson's lunch for summer camp and I was thrilled to have one-piece dressing in my closet thanks to Gwynnie Bee. Summer is dress weather in my opinion – fewer layers, less fuss, and it's awesome to have a constantly rotating selection because I have a Gwynnie Bee membership. I could keep this dress as long as I wish, or send it back for a different one. This dress is nice because I could easily wear it out on a date night with Karl, or if my off-white blazer was back from the cleaners I could pair it with that and have a pretty nice work ensemble. This day it was hot and muggy so I wore it as-is, though ended up throwing on the work cardigan since the A/C was kicked up an extra notch.

If you haven't yet tried Gwynnie Bee and are a size 10 or larger, I encourage you to do so. It's not easy finding fab fashion in our size, and Gwynnie Bee scours the earth for the cutest styles that flatter larger figures. It's like Netflix for fashion – keep as long as you like or send back for a new option. Right now, mention Wardrobe Oxygen or use this link and get a 30 day trial of Gwynnie Bee for free. Do note I receive a commission on each person who signs up longer than the trial and mentions me, but I constantly promote Gwynnie Bee because I believe in it and am glad to support companies who support women who are cusp or plus size.

  1. That dress is PERFECT on you – love the print, the silhouette, the length…it was made for you, my dear! I love the addition of a pink belt, too – so cute. You always make dresses come to life 🙂

  2. How is the sizing for Coldwater Creek? I can honestly say it is not a store I ever thought would have cute dresses, so I have no frame of reference. Does Gwynnie Bee do petites? 10p or 12p?

    1. At this point Gwynnie Bee does not do petites, but I know they want to when they’re big enough to justify it. As for Coldwater Creek I seem to be a straight 12 or L with them, though I did get one tank-style maxi dress in Large from them that was painted on me and I had to return.

  3. Love the nude colored shoes! They blend so well with everything. I purchased a pair from Cole Haan months ago and am still breaking them in at home. One of these days, I plan to wear them outside.
You look great as always and the pink belt adds a pop of color!

    1. Nope they’re this new term called cusp. Many designers stop at 8 or 10 these days so Gwynnie Bee has decided to start with the double-digit sizes. To be honest, the selection is better for larger sizes than 10 but they have seen a need, sadly it is out there.

  4. I checked out Gwynnie Bee yesterday using your link. I did not see any pants, is that unusual?

    1. Currently they do not have pants but I believe plan to in the future. The reason is because pants need a more custom fit – what works for say one size 20 woman will not necessarily work for another. Also length becomes an issue. Gwynnie Bee works very hard to choose pieces that are more universally flattering and flattering in general. I know they are considering pants and jeans and lengths but want to wait until they find quality, style, and pieces that will work for a broad range of women 🙂
