Morning yoga class. We walk there and back, and it was a lovely day for being outside. Olive ribbed tank from J. Crew, white ribbed tank from Old Navy, cropped camo pants with orange and hot pink embroidery on the back of the leg from Express, Reef “Sandy” flip flops in black.
Hair washed the night before and allowed to air dry. Brushed the ends with a wood-bristled paddle brush.
Face is makeup free, just some Body Shop SPF 15 Vitamin E facial moisturizer.
The rest of the day was spent hanging around the house, doing errands, and then my sister came over for dinner. Very low key and nothing super fancy was donned post-yoga.
And here is a photo of my bathroom with the zebra shower curtain. My husband admits that it has grown on him, and my sister and mom both have stopped by and said they like it a lot. I love how the mirror is all zebra in the picture, very fun!

My sister bought me this scarf a few years ago when…
For years, my business casual, dinner out with the family, weekend run to the mall, and coffee with friends uniform involved jeans. Bootcut jeans with Chelsea boots, skinny jeans with knee-high boots, boyfriend jeans with sneakers, ankle-length straight jeans with loafers… you get the idea. I think it’s a uniform many of us have in…
I’m striving to shop my own closet, find new lives for old clothes, and create more style with fewer items in my wardrobe. I got this black cocktail pantsuit last winter as part of a campaign with Talbots. Last year I was a size 16 and the suit fit relatively well. I wore it for…
I began this discussion yesterday on Instagram, but here on the blog, I can write more. It’s also far easier for me to share my thoughts with both hands on the keyboard instead of attempting to be coherent with two thumbs. I am 5’3″ tall, the average height of an American woman in 2019. I…
While I’ve featured holiday outfits that are more formal, many of you have told me you need holiday looks more appropriate for a casual get together at a friend’s house or a happy hour with office colleagues. When Catherines reached out asking if I’d like to style some of their collection for the holidays, I…
I’m with the rest–LOVE IT! Awesome!!! unlike mine which looks like fireworks threw up in it thanks to the DH’s attempts at “ragging” the walls…in red, white, and blue (yes, it’s even worse than it sounds!)
You have gorgeous skin and fab eyelashes

The bathroom looks great!
I love the shower curtain with the turquoise walls! Normally I’m not a huge fan of animal prints, but they look really good together. Good choice.
I love that shower curtain! Very hip! I need to redo my bathroom. Thanks for sharing.
the zebra print looks great with that wall color!
Your bathroom looks amazing! You’re quite the decorator. Great taste.
