Morning yoga class. We walk there and back, and it was a lovely day for being outside. Olive ribbed tank from J. Crew, white ribbed tank from Old Navy, cropped camo pants with orange and hot pink embroidery on the back of the leg from Express, Reef “Sandy” flip flops in black.
Hair washed the night before and allowed to air dry. Brushed the ends with a wood-bristled paddle brush.
Face is makeup free, just some Body Shop SPF 15 Vitamin E facial moisturizer.
The rest of the day was spent hanging around the house, doing errands, and then my sister came over for dinner. Very low key and nothing super fancy was donned post-yoga.
And here is a photo of my bathroom with the zebra shower curtain. My husband admits that it has grown on him, and my sister and mom both have stopped by and said they like it a lot. I love how the mirror is all zebra in the picture, very fun!

Where I live in the U.S. it can be 60 degrees and rainy one day in December, the next day it can be below freezing with snow, and the day after it can be sunny and in the mid-50s. I’ve learned that winter layering is a must. It not only means you can shed layers…
This Saturday we had a cookout to celebrate our newly married friends. They had a very small, intimate wedding so the bride’s father had an event at his house to include extended family and more friends. Great selection of good food, lots to drink, and plenty of friends. Attire:Old Navy – Green puff sleeve teeAnn…
Monday:– Black cowl neck sweater from Ann Taylor– Black pencil skirt, also from Ann Taylor– Black cami from Second Base– Black tall boots from Ros Homerson– Gold “twig” bangles and a hammered gold knot necklace (both from… shocker… Ann Taylor). Wore the necklace under the cowl so it just peeked out a bit on the…
So what do you think of my new ‘do? Please keep in mind that I couldn’t wash it due to the color, and I styled it differently from my stylist. She did kinda straight sideswept bangs and the rest wavy/curly. I woke up to a Joan Jett song and a terrible case of bedhead so…
My husband and I had a wonderful time visiting Asheville, North Carolina for his 40th birthday. We saw the sights, we went for drives, we ate amazing food… and we also did some excellent shopping. When I visit a city, hotel, or other destination I love, I like getting a souvenir. I’m not one for…
This post is sponsored by Kohl’s and ShopStyle Holiday parties are a great time to whip out the glitz and glam, but if that’s not your style, that doesn’t mean you can’t look cocktail party-ready. Kohl’s reached out and asked to have me style some of their fashion and I decided to dress for a…
I’m with the rest–LOVE IT! Awesome!!! unlike mine which looks like fireworks threw up in it thanks to the DH’s attempts at “ragging” the walls…in red, white, and blue (yes, it’s even worse than it sounds!)
You have gorgeous skin and fab eyelashes

The bathroom looks great!
I love the shower curtain with the turquoise walls! Normally I’m not a huge fan of animal prints, but they look really good together. Good choice.
I love that shower curtain! Very hip! I need to redo my bathroom. Thanks for sharing.
the zebra print looks great with that wall color!
Your bathroom looks amazing! You’re quite the decorator. Great taste.
