St. Patrick's Day party at a friend's house. Happy to know I fit in this shirt again, I haven't worn it in over two years. Not so happy that the last time I wore it I must have spilled something on me and didn't get the shirt cleaned before having it sit in my closet for two years. Not so good. The spots were subtle enough that I think they weren't easily seen in the dim lighting of a party. My husband doesn't take the most flattering photos, but at least I was able to get a shot before we head out the door.

Emerald green silk shirt from Ann Taylor, dark denim patch-pocket jeans from Gap Outlet, black city boots from Impo, silver medium hoops (found the missing one when cleaning this weekend!), silver cuff.

Hair was second day, brushed out the weird places and hit them with the curling iron. I am liking this messy curly/wavy look my hair has been sporting – I think it's the added length that is letting it get this messy look.

Makeup is Smashbox Photo Finish primer, L'Oreal True Match foundation in C3, concealer in W4-5, Smashbox Soft Lights in Tint on cheeks. On eyes, I used the Body Shop's Eye Shimmer in Emerald (a light green that is highly iridescent and can be quite bold over black shadow or liner) applied up to brow bone, a bit of the Body Shop's Soft Black shadow in the crease to add depth and intensify the green, lashes curled and DiorShow Unlimited mascara in black applied, then a line of Maybelline's Ultra Liner in Black on top lash line. On lips is Revlon ColorGlide Sheer in Sheer Burgundy, but I had brushed my teeth after applying so it wasn't too strongly shown at this point.
