Bit of a late night, so a rougher morning. I pretty much got up, brushed hair and teeth, slapped on some garments and headed out.
Black ribbed crewneck sweater from Chico's (2005), dark denim pencil skirt from Gap (2006), black fottless tights from Old Navy (2006), tan Bern boots from Suo (2007), silver necklace from Brass Plum (2007), silver hoops and cuff.
Hair second day, blown straight while dry.
Makeup is L'Oreal True match concealer in W4-5, philosophy The Supernatural in Beige, Smashbox Soft Lights in Tint on apples of cheeks, Bosy Shop Shimmer Cubes in Warmth – the peach shade over lids and in inner corners, DiorShow mascara in black on curled lashes, Maybelline UltraLiner in black on top lash line, on lips is Maybelline Shine Seduction Glossy Lipcolor in Blushed Bass.

Thanks for turning me on to this band. I hadn’t heard of them. I checked out their myspace page via the link you provided. They’ll be in my neck of the woods (Oregon) next month before they head off to Australia. I hope to catch them then!

I am a bit tights-fearful as well – have pretty much stuck to safe black and very dark brown. This year though… think I may venture into purple territory. Tights are a cheap accessory – an easy way to try something out and see how it is without risking a lot. 🙂
I think I’m like the only girl in the world who’s afraid of wearing tights! I’ve never worn a color pair (besides the nude/make your legs look tan colored ones) in my life! I’m behind in that department.. say i have a brown/pink skirt paired with a choco brown colored jcrew turtleneck- what do i wear for tights??
