I am starting to really love Fridays because I can wear jeans.  In the winter I don't care as much, but come spring, my hippie side comes out and I want to wear floaty tops and beaded necklaces and chunky sandals.

My hair was washed and conditioned, then I added some Pureology Texture Twistir?t=whaevewomneei 20&l=btl&camp=213689&creative=392969&o=1&a=B000KQ9WMQ, scrunched and let it air dry.  I am not in love with this stuff, but am trying it out to see what it does.  It does give my hair more body than Frederic Fekkai Luscious Curlsir?t=whaevewomneei 20&l=btl&camp=213689&creative=392969&o=1&a=B000PHVNE0, but doesn't give the shine, frizz reduction and prettiness of Luscious Curlsir?t=whaevewomneei 20&l=btl&camp=213689&creative=392969&o=1&a=B000PHVNE0.  Also I really need a haircut.

Makeup is Redpoint NOC-Out Cover Up Compact, Laura Mercier bronzer, Tarte's Lights Camera Lashes, Bare Escentuals' Buxon Lashliner in Leatherette, Laura Mercier lipstick in Pink Champagne.

Today I am working from home. Last night Emerson was major fussy… okay bad word choice. Emerson wasn’t sleepy while I could hardly function. Around 10pm my body was going into Shutdown Mode and she was ready to boogie. She was happy, cooing and smiling and dancing around and I barely had the strength to…

Ruckus says hello. Ruckus can NOT handle me closing the office door on him when I take my picture (I swear it’s like 10 seconds, hence strange angles and occasional blurry shots) so he usually comes in and makes himself at home on an old blanket I threw ont he floor as a makeshift second…

  1. One reason I love Sofft shoes – they have wide widths! My feet are almost as wide as they are long (and puffy/tall) and I have found Sofft shoes really fit them quite nicely. They are very comfortable while still maintaining style. I have 5 pairs of Sofft shoes. Sofft was the only brand I could wear in my last trimester of my pregnancy and right after birth because they were comfortable and accomodated my swollen tootsies

  2. This is a look I totally love to wear this time of year, too. Recently got some Clarks wedge sandals (the Alameda style, in red) that I would wear with this outfit. Nice!

  3. I love those sofft sandals, but I have yet to find them anywhere!

    where did you get them?

have fun! and re: seven jeans- are those the seven 4 all mankind? I have yet to find them in my size!
