I wrote this post before ever owning anything from Vince Camuto. When I saw these booties on sale I felt it was fate – since the hurricane destroyed my only pair of brown shoes I decided to get these babies. While they are a bit tight on the top of my foot (I have especially chubby feet), the suede is very soft and supple and I can feel them easing to the shape of me as the day progresses. As for standing in them… they are more comfortable than my Cole Haan booties with Nike Air technology! They seem really high but there is a hidden platform that helps greatly. Very sturdy on my feet, a really great shoe that if they go on sale even further I may pick up another pair in a different color or material!

Trench DKNY
Faux fur collar H&M

While yesterday was near 70, today is quite chilly.  Good for me, another chance to wear my H&M fur collar!

I love this entire outfit. That trench is especially adorable.

Love those shoes! I love the exposed zipper detail on the back. The leopard skirt is great too.

Thanks Christina, and after these booties I expect to be quite the Vince Camuto shoe collector!

Vince Camuto shoes are soooo comfortable.  I have a couple of the booties.
    You look fabulous!

This entire look can only be described as total hotness.  Wow!

  8. December 1, 2011 / 3:20 pm

The colorful fur collar is such a great addition to this!

I have the same issues with mustard … but orange and pumpkin still get my vote!  I reckon an aubergine could also work with the right shoes..

  10. December 1, 2011 / 2:32 pm

LOL probably not mustard – while I love the color it doesn’t love me. However I have been known to rock the orange and pumpkin from time to time…

Yes please!  I’m gunning for a mustard or orange top…

I am dying for these booties – I love any shoe with a zipper up the back  : >  but I am still afraid of the heel height. I can order and return of course . . .   I adore your red fur wrap too.

I love the look of gray booties but don’t know how they would look on me. I felt crazy going outside my black leather zone with brown and suede! 😛

Love those booties! I’d deffo be into a pair of those – I’ve got a similar-ish grey suede pair that I wore and wore last winter.

Allie, you continue to outdo yourself with those wonderful animal prints! Looking cool as usual!

LOVE those shoes! And I am so into brown right now – love the combo with the crisp white shirt. Looking gorgeous, Allie!

  18. November 30, 2011 / 8:38 pm

Thanks! I do agree, I think this skirt looks better with this combination… next up pairing it with color! 🙂

Yay!  I put in a request for this skirt with a different top and I give it two thumbs up (no bias!).  The shoes work really well and I think the gold bracelets pick out the warm colours from the skirt nicely.

    WOW Allie
You are slimmer every time I visit your blog 🙂
    You look marvelous.

They are standard-denier tights, same as my regular black ones. Not uber opaque, but I think they look more sheer because of the color 🙂

I love this outfit – and can I ask if the tights are opaque or a bit sheer? Not able to tell from the picture.

How I wish I could wear heels 🙂
