If you get my monthly newsletter, you know I bought this dress and was thinking of wearing it with a leather jacket for New Year's Eve.  I found a sequined dress with sleeves (better for parties that spill out to the back deck) on Poshmark for a fantastic price, and have a sweater that is a possible contender so my actual look for December 31st is still up in the air.  But there is something pretty fantastic about being a living disco ball!

He always knows how to make me laugh… and he also knows how to push my buttons!  I wasn't going to share this last photo on the blog; while I shared it on Instagram yesterday as a sneak peek of today's post I thought it may be inappropriate for posting in Wardrobe Oxygen.  But then I thought… screw it.  This is me, middle fingers and all!  My mother raised me well, and I know not to speak or make such hand gestures in front of Emerson, but sometimes life calls for a swear word… or two middle fingers served with a big smile!

  1. I’ve been reading your blog forever, since before you were pregnant. I never comment, sorryyyyy, but have to say I just LOVE that cheeky pic of you. You are glowing in it! Good to see some Ali spunk back again.

  2. So much sparkle and fun! CB2 had a disco snowman and gnome this year, which made me laugh, though not quite as much as that last picture. 🙂
