One of the most popular questions I get from readers is where to get well-fitting plus size jeans. One of you mentioned WILLIAM RAST jeans to me saying they're great for curves, stretchy without stretching out, and available at Macy's. When they reached out and asked if I'd like to try WILLIAM RAST jeans I was excited so I could review them for you.
I never tried the line before so my measurements, Macy's True Fit tool, and the customer reviews on Macys.com helped me narrow down which style I liked best would fit best. I decided on the WILLIAM RAST Trendy Button-Fly skinny jeans. I loved the idea of a high-waisted button fly, and the fact that 100% of the reviewers recommend these jeans.
See, I have always loved button-fly jeans. They were my jam in high school and college. But as I got older, they just weren't as awesome on my body. The layers of rigid denim, the hard buttons… yeah I'll stick with jeans that are kind to my belly. But these? We took these pictures around 1pm, it's 6pm now and I'm curled up on the couch wearing this same exact outfit (except for the earrings and the shoes). They're that comfy.
And of course you need to know how the backside looks when it comes to jeans like this. The only issue I found was because I'm a bit short waisted, they slid down a bit on me. But it wasn't stretched out, this happens with all high-waisted jeans on me. Next time I'll wear with a belt and that will make them perfect.

For years, my business casual, dinner out with the family, weekend run to the mall, and coffee with friends uniform involved jeans. Bootcut jeans with Chelsea boots, skinny jeans with knee-high boots, boyfriend jeans with sneakers, ankle-length straight jeans with loafers… you get the idea. I think it’s a uniform many of us have in…
Yesterday on the blog, I shared this zebra jumpsuit from Banana Republic, and styled it for summer. No matter what the retailers say, filling their stores with plastic pumpkins and spiced candles, fall is a ways away and it’s okay to embrace the current season. Summer does NOT end with Labor Day. However, fall is…

But this skirt, this skirt that I love yet don’t need was calling to me,…

I don’t know what it is this winter but I’m really gravitating towards pastels. While fall I was all about merlot and pumpkin, now that it’s truly cold I want to bundle up in softer shades. And Comfort reached out and asked if I’d like to try their Fika Sweater. While available in black (which…
