You can't really see in these pictures, but the hives are back. Argh. Seems to be hormonally-driven. They were really awful last night and early this morning, but at this time of day, they have really subsided and hope they are leaving so I can enjoy the weekend! As for the weekend, no concrete plans outside of another bridal shower this Sunday. I am looking forward to it – my sister is the Maid of Honor and she always throws great parties and I adore the Bride-to-Be. And as for the wedding which will be in May, Yours Truly will be the officiant!

  1. Hey Allie,

New to your blog, looking around. I also had a bridal shower to go to this Saturday, but decided that I need to be selective about what showers I go to. I don’t want to get weighted down with wedding and baby showers for associates and not really close friends and family. So I didn’t go. I decided in ’08 that I would do more “fun things” and less of “those” things.

  2. hi allie! i found your site just now and, omg, i am loving it! if you saw my wardrobe you’d see that i don’t think about fashion nearly enough, but i am so inspired to bring some of it into my life! with some bright, beautiful colors as well. last night i went through my closet and got rid of lots of ugly old stuff. how apropos that i should find you blog today! ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. I’m intruiged by the idea of buying on Ebay… but am always (always!) hesitant that what you see isn’t what you get. You seem to have it down… and should totally write an “Ebay shopping guide” entry.

    …unless you already have!

  4. I love checking in on your site – you always look so cute! I have to say today “thank you” and “darn you!!” I fell in love with that Banana Republic bag you found, became total hooked on it, searched for it and ordered up my own (to get a good discount). Later, I went to the store to check it out. The leather is just gorgeous! I love that bag. Keep up the great stylin’!
