I guess this is the week of the leopard shoe! Other than yesterday, I wore a good portion of my animal-print collection. All that's left are my Mary Janes and flats!

Any exciting plans for the weekend? Tomorrow my husband is shooting a wedding and I'm going as assistant. No other plans are concrete and I couldn't be happier. I need to return a jacket to Old Navy and I know a few friends are having parties and cookouts, but really all is left up in the air and I would be perfectly content spending a lot just relaxing at home with the family.

  1. I know I “tweeted” this to you, but your makeup looks amazing! I also really like your hair like this. Looking fab as usual!

  2. This drew looks beautiful on you!  I am loving the whole look.  I wore a color block dress a couple of weeks ago that was red & purple and paired it with leopard shoes too.  I am really loving this combo!

  3. Love that outfit! It looks great on you and I’d definitely buy and wear that dress myself. Is it purple (hard to tell with computer screens but I’m very into purple).

  4. Good to know – that one hasn’t arrived yet. I bought a different style JCrew necklace from eBay and that one is pretty solid, with a sturdy clasp. I’ll definitely keep an eye on the stones so I don’t lose any when they fall out.

I figured that it was worth a chance for $15, since it isn’t an everyday basic.

  5. Heads up, the eBay ones are cheaper for a reason – I have had to Super Glue two stones back on, and the clasp broke so I now wear it held together with a safety pin. Glad to have long hair to cover it up 🙂

  6. Love the necklace – I bought the same one from eBay after trying one on in J. Crew and deciding that I wasn’t paying $90 in an outlet for one. I love it with the purple, too – I may have to try that now. I never would have thought of the color combo.

  7. LADY. You are absolutely glowing in these photos. The colors, your skin– you’re stunning. Also: glad to see the response to Heather’s comment below, because I was thinking the same damned thing!

  8. I love this dress! Is the fit generous? I normally wear an 18, but am so tempted to buy this and save it for when I have lost a few more pounds!
