Friday through Monday
Happy Presidents Day everyone! My company doesn't have the day off, but I took it off because I had a lot of errands I needed to accomplish before 6pm. So I will be busy today!
Friday I finally got back into the office.

Feeling tons better today! Ivory lace shirt with satin ribbon belt from Banana Republic Outlet, ivory synthetic camisole from NY&Co, Joe’s “Provacateur” jeans, brown croco peep toe heels from BCBGirls, short pearls from Monet, long pearls from Limited, and after the picture I put on one gold bangle from Ralph Lauren. Hair is second day,… Continue Reading Friday: Aug 03, 2007
I wore this suit to the Rebelle Con and showcased it in this blog post. It’s an awesome suit but not really the thing I’d wear on a daily basis. When my friend Elizabeth invited me to a summer soiree she was hosting at the Omni Shoreham and the weather was a bit cooler than… Continue Reading White Double Breasted Pantsuit from Zara
Throughout my childhood, my parents tried several sports with me to see which one I’d like. While swimming stuck with me from 2nd grade through high school, one of the other sports I tried during that time was tennis. I remember liking it, and don’t recall why I stopped after what I believe was a… Continue Reading Talbots Tennis Skort and Bomber Jacket
Hey guys, long time no talk!! So as you know, Monday I went to work and looked relatively put together. Hooray! Tuesday I worked from home, and no one wants to see me in my yoga pants, so no picture was taken. However that night I went to a concert (Nine Inch Nails/Jane’s Addiction –… Continue Reading Week in Review Jun 12, 2009
I know the headshot is a bit funny, it was taken by my sister and we were being goofy and I was holding two bottles of wine and we didn’t want me to look like a bad mom-to-be or a lush. ๐ I did have a sip of Zinfandel (yummmmmm!) but stuck to water the… Continue Reading Thanksgiving Maternity Style
Love the sweater. Your hair looks great too! You have me thinking of ordering a pair of duo boots.
Alli, you are always too cute!
I have a present for you on my blog!
Looking good, Allie! Love this outfit.
Thanks, Allie. Tried them out on the snow and ice here and took them to the cobbler’s for treaded soles. Now they are perfect for winter weather!
This is great look! You look great rocking the boots over jeans look!
love the browns and pretty gold jewelry here.
Nope they don’t have the best tread on them, but I waterproofed them and they have a better sole than most of my other shoes (and I think equal to sneakers) so they have become my winter go-to boots.
Hope you are enjoying your day off, Allie. How did your duo boots do in the snow? I ask as I just got a pair of Bern in black and am a bit hesitant to walk on the snow and ice in them since they don’t have a deep profile on the soles.
Thanks for any tips!
LOVE that sweater on you!! And you are rocking those jeans. Glad to see you have been surviving the DC snow.
Oh dear! I wear my yoga pants and ribbed tanks and cardigans out to do errands. I do I do. Bad girl.
I love your blog and seeing your outfits.
