My Wardrobe Today – Thursday
Sweater – Ann Taylor (similar)
Skirt – c/o CAbi
Shoes – Miss Sixty (similar)
Scarf – Express circa 2000 (similar)
Only one picture today because after two pictures were shot, it went from a little drizzle to a downright rainstorm! We dashed to the car and hoped at least one picture would turn out! By the way, LOVE these shoes for the rain – tall enough to keep me dry, grippy rubber sole so I feel secure on the slippery-when-wet marble and stone sidewalks in parts of DC.
Gotta say… LOVE this skirt! It's 100% cotton but looks like a wool blend, sort of like a sweater but with a sturdier feel. The seaming is so flattering. This morning I was super short on time, and loved how it could really dress up a simple sweater. While it will look chic with so many different things, I love how it will be a stylish go-to for 5-minute dressing days (that and red lipstick – Revlon ColorStay in Top Tomato!).
Thanks, Allie! Done!
I think a medium would be perfect!
Thanks Allie. I am between a 12 and a 14 reg, but am also (albeit slowly) removing weight with WW. I think I should go with the Large? Or do you think medium?
Thank you!
Thanks Angela!
Thanks Tiffany, it’s such a fun color to wear!
Thank you Patti!
Thank you! This is my happy color, I often wear this sweater on days like we have been having in DC!
That scarf is the perfect touch to this look! I love the bright colors on a rainy day 🙂
This is a gorgeous color for you Allie! Love your new classic skirt too.
You look great in red!
Seriously… yes. A medium is a tad loose on me though, and I am a pretty straight 12 petite. A small though i think would be too big. But no muffin top with this skirt and it’s the same size and shape now that it was at 7am.
I am thisclose to ordering this skirt. Is it really as flattering and comfortable as it looks?
You look ESP nice in that colour, and very slim!
Very cute outfit. Love the scarf that ties it all together.
