A goofy picture in my office bathroom means an early morning at work! Yesterday was so early I didn't even attempt to look cute. Today I didn't have to be here until 7:45 so it wasn't so painful to put together a look, especially when I have such simple basics in my wardrobe like these pieces!
Last night I went to dinner with my friend Nicole. I know I have been complaining that I don't have any time, and I almost said no because of it. But I am SO GLAD I did. Sometimes having a break – a nice mojito in the company of a fabulous person and two hours without chores, work, and drama is just what the doctor ordered. So thank you Nicole, for forcing me out of the house! We'll have to go back when Busboys & Poets has their fall cocktail menu!
