A fan of both Marimekko and Georgia O'Keeffe, when I saw this ELOQUII red floral jumpsuit I HAD to have it! A little bit Unikko print (which was my bedding for the longest time), a little bit Oriental Poppies, it's bold and cheerful and totally my style.
The fabric is a slightly stretchy crepe with the perfect weight to drape and flow over curves. A wide self-belt long enough to tie in a bow or a knot and not have it segment. And hello pockets! The back is two buttons with elastic loop closures, and then a zipper. I find I only need to open the top button to get it on and off, which makes it super easy when using the facilities.
When I got this jumpsuit, I tried it on with strappy black heels and loved the look. But for a more relaxed feel, I decided to style the jumpsuit for the blog with my latest pair of Rothy's flats. I loved my Red Camo pair so much I decided to buy a pair of plain black for spring.
Bold silver jewelry and my trusty ALLSAINTS bag as a crossbody, and I am ready for sight-seeing, brunch with friends, or most anything this spring!

Black merino crewneck from Banana Republic, dark denim skirt from Gap, dark red pointy flats from Bronx, large silver hoops and silver cuff bracelet. Hair was washed and dried in a jiffy, then a bit of Jonathan Dirt and leftover face lotion applied to it. Makeup is L’Oreal True Match foundation, Body Shop concealer and…
Sorry for pics before my hair was dry. Running a bit late today, and with this humidity, my hair was still a bit damp even by time I got to the office! Now it’s all full and beachy waves and goes far better with the dress. Dress: LOFT, picked up during their Friends & Family…
White, ivory, cream… it doesn’t matter which color you choose. Having a light colored blazer in your closet is a game changer and a regular addition to the capsule wardrobes I create on Wardrobe Oxygen. Unlike grey which reads corporate, navy which can be hard to match, and black which can often be too severe…
There’s just something about a wrap dress. For many, it does wonders for the figure. It creates an hourglass shape, flatters the bust, and makes the most of curves. And many of them are made from wrinkle-resisting, stretchy, washable fabric. But not all wrap dresses are created equal. Dress: Adrianna Papell via Gwynnie Bee…
Blazer: The Limited (similar) | Dress: Ann Taylor | Shoes: Fitzwell “Aurora” | Bracelet: J. Crew (similar) | Watch: Citizen c/o WatchCo I bought this dress in a rush, and I must admit after my first time wearing it I didn’t have the desire to wear it again. But that would be a big waste…
I love this jumpsuit, but have a question. I’m trying to decide how to ask it without sounding rude…I always wonder about how things go down when nature calls when you are out and about in a one-piece article of clothing…I just never want to be that close to naked in a public restroom….
I unbutton the top button and hold it around below my waist. Yep, I’m down to my bra in a bathroom, but that doesn’t bother me especially since this one is so easy to pull up and cover, even if the button isn’t yet secure. But that is one negative about jumpsuits.
I find pants that are shorter on me aren’t very flattering. Walking on my toes as a kid, I really built up my ankles and shins. While a shorter length will feature the slimmest part of most women’s legs, the opposite is for me. I found their denim cropped jumpsuit had the same length on me and I really liked it and wore it so much this past fall (and likely will this spring and summer) so decided to leave this one the same length! 🙂

It’ll be fun to wear once the snow melts!
I see that on the web site that the pants are shorter on the model. Did you consider having them taken up?

That red looks so good on you!
Thanks Michelle!
That is the cutest jumpsuit. It is so you. I’m a big fan of Marimekko and O’Keefe, too, and I can see the connection to the jumpsuit.
Thank you!
