As Iโve mentioned a few times on the blog Iโve been having issues with my hair. Itโs been thinning, and it, along with my skin, has been dry and dull looking. Iโve been tested and my doctor agrees itโs likely a combination of stress and age. Well Iโm not taking this lying down; Iโve been doing my research and trying a few different things and the best results Iโve found is from changing my diet and adding supplements. As they always say, beauty starts from within.
Iโve tried some popular brands of supplements geared specifically towards hair loss and havenโt been thrilled with the results โ greasy hair, breakouts, and not a huge difference in my hair. After doing more research, I decided to go more direct with vitamins and supplements know to improve hair, skin, and nails. One that I bought was Nature's Bountyยฎ Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies. Two weeks later, they reached out and asked if Iโd like to do a post about their product. Um, yeah, Iโve been gobbling two of your tasty gummies each morning already. And I did say I was going to write about my new hair routine on the blog!
With a mix of vital nutrients including Biotin, Vitamin C and Vitamin E, Nature's Bountyยฎ Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies and Softgels work from within to support lustrous hair, vibrant skin and healthy nails.* Iโm finishing up my first bottle of Nature's Bountyยฎ Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies and I am an honest fan. First of all the taste: while many gummies can taste like stale sorbitol and sadness, these are genuinely tasty, sort of like strawberries but not nearly as potent as the fruit snacks we put in Emersonโs lunch box. As for whatโs inside, they contain 2,500 mcg of Biotin per serving and Vitamin C & E. Those ingredients are great for your hair as well as your skin and nails because:
Vitamin E, is an antioxidant and it supports skin health.*
Vitamin C is involved in collagen production and formation which forms the basis for vibrant skin.*
Biotin is a B complex beauty-supporting nutrient, which plays a role in hair, skin, and nail health, making it the perfect foundation for any beauty routine.*
I do take some other supplements along with my Nature's Bountyยฎ Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies and will share in a future post, but this is an addition thatโs easy to add to my morning routine. I usually keep my two daily gummies to snack on during my drive to the office. I have seen a positive change to my hair and also to my nails. My hair looks more lustrous, and my nails, which break so easily, seem healthier.
Nature's Bountyยฎ Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies contain no artificial flavors, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, or fish and are sodium free. If gummies arenโt your jam, these same ingredients come in Softgels (they sent me a bottle, I havenโt tried yet but will after I finish my current bottle of gummies). You can find Natureโs Bounty Optimal Solutions Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies and Softgels in the beauty aisle of your nearby Walgreens. Nature's Bountyยฎ Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies are full of vitamins to help you feel healthy, feel beautiful and feel well. Natureโs Bounty is so confident in their product that if for any reason you don't like it after 30 days, they will give you your money back.

I’ve been sharing more about my journey to reclaiming my curly hair from childhood on Instagram and wanted to jot down my current curly hair routine. Last May, I began transitioning to curly hair. I was born with curly hair but over the years the curl disappeared. Since turning 40, my hair has become harder…
We are women, we are delicate flowers who always look perfect, smell perfect. We never go to the bathroom, we never sweat, we never menstruate. Right? WRONG. No one wants to admit that they are human, especially when they are fledgling or full-scale fashionistas. However, to appear to the outside world that we are delicate…
The Boy Scout motto is โBe Prepared.โ This is a great motto for all people, all situations, and for all womenโs purses. Nothing is less chic than an overstuffed, overwhelmed handbag, but having the right tools in your purse will help make your life simpler, easier and more stylish. Tide to Go Pen: There are…
One reader recently asked, โI’m confused on what casual dressing will look like this fall with this more polished look going on. It’s hard to look polished being casual and not be too 80’s preppy. Can you help?โ I understand your plight; the magazines seem to be showing nothing but lady-like pieces with very structured…
Do you have a specific process or any tips for applying a bold lip? Any dead skin on my lips takes the stain and creates ugly dark spots, and I can’t seem to apply liner that looks natural, symmetrical, and that follows the line of my lips. I’m wondering if you use a lip conditioner…
I know I am not the only one that seems to have ads follow me around social media. Facebook and Instagram, which are the same company, see what their users search, dwell on, like, and click on. From that data, they share ads targeted to your interests. And even though I am not one to…
I love these vitamins – they’re like little candies (which is never a bad thing) and I truly believe that I’ve noticed an improvement in my nails. If we don’t break the bank, and we actually enjoy taking the little buggers, what can it hurt?
hugs,
Janice
Agree! I get powder dip acrylic layers on my nails for strength and long-lasting color but they would crack after two weeks. Since using these I can go almost three weeks before needing to return to the salon, I think because my natural nail is stronger!
I’ll delve in more in a different post (sponsored post so I didn’t want to go on a tangent about other things) but a big change is cutting out most red meat, any cured meats, and most alcohol. Pretty much all I drink is water with the occasional coffee, tea, or matcha. I drink a lot of naturally flavored seltzers and sparkling waters to switch the game up; a La Croix with ice in an oversized wine glass feels super decadent!
I now have a baggy of backup vitamins at work in case I forget them. I have a few I take that I FEEL when I don’t take them (borage oil for example) and it keeps me more consistent.
I love the gummies by them for hair and nails that is what I use. Love these vitamins

Did you also make changes to your diet to improve your hair? If so, what did you do? x

I have taken the gel caps version of this but I have been lazy about taking it every day.
