My Wardrobe Today – Past Present

Talk about wacky. The other week, my husband took pictures of my outfit in the morning, then handed me the memory card to retrieve the photos on my lunch break. I checked out the card – no photos! I figured the card was corrupted and tossed it.

This morning my husband and I were in quite a rush due to a very stressful and frantic morning. He grabbed a random memory card from his camera bag, shot two pics, handed the card to me. I went to look at it… and there are the pics from the previous week! No clue how that happened, but here's my outfit from like two weeks ago…

After this day, I decided to retire this shirt. The fabric is too soft and too stretchy to give a good shape on my body, and it ends up looking like a sloppy mess by noon. It reminds me of the stretch twill shirts from Express in the late '90s – I had the button-downs, the sleeveless notch-necks, the backless halters all in this fabric. It didn't really wrinkle, it could be machine washable, but it never looked quite as crisp as it ever did in the fitting room…
