This Weekend

Nothing terribly exciting. Got home from work on Friday, the husband and I walked to the town center, had dinner and listened to some live music at a cafe. Same outfit.

Saturday I got up and took a few laps around the lake, wore a berry colored tee from Target and black yoga pants from Old Navy and my New Balance trainers. Ponytail, no makeup.

Got home and did the equivalent of Spring Cleaning at Casa Dilly. Wore the same sweaty mess I wore on my power walk.

That evening, showered, changed into a gray CBGB tee shirt, charcoal shetland v-neck from LL Bean and Straight Bootcut jeans from Gap for a night at home watching Netflix and sharing a bottle of Vinho Verde with the spouse.

Sunday, did yoga via Comcast OnDemand and wore a pair of Champion black exercise pants and a blue-gray tee from Target.

During the day I had an Open House for my at-home business. I wore Curvy Bootcut jeans from Gap, black Enzo city boots, and a red long-sleeved tee from my company. Hair was dried straight, but with the rain it was wavy. Added some Jonathan Dirt for a piecey separated look. Makeup was L'Oreal True Match foundation, Body Shop stick concealer, Chanel pressed powder, Nars Orgasm blush, The Body Shop's Shimmer Cubes in Warmth, L'Oreal Voluminous mascara in black, The Body Shop Sheer Lipcolor in Sheer Strawberry. Silver hoops and cuff bracelet.

That night I had Book Club, I just changed to a black ribbed v-neck knit top from Old Navy.

I noticed the same thing. Your weight loss definitely shows! Good job! Looks like you’re working out pretty hard. Thanks for the inspiration, my big butt needs it!

Aw, thank you so much! I did lose a few, but have recently gained them back. I lost due to being more concious of what I was eating – no artifical sugars, colors, preservatives, smaller portions, more vegetables, less convienence foods and lots of walking. I dropped the ball with all my business travel, but am trying to get back into the swing of things!

You look great in your last few pictures! Have you slimmed down a bit? What’s the secret? I don’t mean that in an offensive way 🙂
