Wednesday:
Today I am working from home.

Black puff sleeved tee and black yoga pants from Old Navy. Hair is next day right now but at 5:30 I am taking a shower and am going to let it air dry with some Matrix Curl.Life Contouring Milkir?t=whaevewomneei 20&l=as2&o=1&a=B0007W0BN2 in it so it will be curly for tomorrow.

Picture 068Here is my current picture of Emerson – Miss E passed out in her Jumperoo and our new dog Cindy was checking her out.

It is amazing how quickly a baby grows – we got her beloved Jumperooir?t=whaevewomneei 20&l=as2&o=1&a=B00200K7OM two weeks ago and she could only reach the ground if she was on her tippy toes. Now she reaches the floor!

  1. OHHH the jumperoo- fond memories!! you look good in those blues! My son and our doggie get along tremondously- never any problems. I wonder if anonymous heard of or had a bad experience??

  2. Thank you everyone!

Nanette, this is the first time she fell asleep in there. Usually she is entertained for a few minutes and then whines to be let free. Glad to see it’s finally showing it’s value (she fell asleep after 10 minutes of cooing and amazement at the lights).

And Anonymous: I am not worried at all. First, I would never leave my child unattended; but second and most importantly, my dogs are very sweet to and protective of Emerson. If she cries, they dash to me to take care of her. When I bring her downstairs, they do a quick sniff almost to ensure she is okay and then move on. Most dogs are surprisingly good with little children, especially if they spend long periods of time with them, getting to know them well. They don’t see Emerson as a threat, and she giggles when they occasionally press their nose to her hand when sniffing her good morning.

  3. LOVE the pic of E! Em has yet to fall asleep in her jumperoo or exersaucer, but I’m so looking forward to the day it happens!

  4. I’ve been following your blog for some time and I just saw the pic of Emerson in her jumperoo…my son just turned 1 last week and this was by far his favorite toy! He put hisself to sleep in it most days. We were so sad to see him grow out of it. But beware…it gives them really strong legs and he went straight from crawling to running! HA! She’s a cutie!

  5. Aww, Miss E looks so cute! And I’m thinking about getting some of those Yoga pants that you always talk about. They must be ultra comfy.

Also, I have to thank you for something. You always talk about not being afraid to send things back or to contact a company if they give poor service/products. well, I actually did that with a recent purchase and not only did I get a letter back, they offered to refund my product and to replace it with something better for free! I have to say, without your blogs, I wouldn’t have had the courage to so thank you!
