Hair is CURLY! I am so happy because it has been unruly lately. It KNOWS I have a hair appointment and is trying to be really good. It's amazing that writing this eight hours after I left the house, it looks even better. Full and kinda funky and curly and awesome. But I know that if I didn't get a cut soon I would be MISERABLE. So I washed it, no conditioner. I applied Olive Body Butter from The Body Shop on me and decided to put a small amount in my hair. I then sprayed Frizz-Ease Dream Curls liberally on my head, bent over and read Oprah while scrunching gently. Used some Sebastian Shaper spray to keep it in place.

Makeup is L'Oreal True Match foundation in C3, Nars Orgasm blush with a bit of Smashbox Soft Lights in Tint over it on the apples of the cheeks. On lips is a shimmery bright pink gloss from e.l.f.

  1. Adorable! I’ve been reading your site for a while now & you’ve inspired me to go shopping tomorrow and classy-up my work look! So, thanks! 🙂

  2. If I just washed my hair and let it dry, I would look a bit like Jon Bon Jovi in the 80s. I was born with a really bad body wave. So with the help of products, a diffuser, scrunching and a curling iron to the front of my head that is curl-resistant, I end up like this. Sounds more complicated than it is; making my hair curly takes about 20 minutes but it usually lasts for 2 days.
